Built to get investors out of the boardroom
Deal Night was founded in 2018 by Kevan Matheson, a former institutional analyst. He saw that most investors only hear about emerging companies well after the early rounds, and that the usual investor event, a boardroom under fluorescent lights, did nobody any favours.
Deal Night is the alternative: a proper evening out, where investors can hear directly from management teams and judge for themselves.

Deal Night is an investor evening. A handful of companies each give a short presentation followed by questions from the room, there are seated fireside conversations with executives, and the rest of the night is networking.
